Selection Process

Resume Screening
Our first contact with you is in the form of your cover letter and your CV. If you meet our key requirements, we will call you and invite you to a personal meeting to exchange information of interest. -
Meetings with Applicants
At the initial meeting, you will have a conversation with the Human Resources representative and, if possible, with your potential supervisor. Depending on the position being filled, there might be testing involved (professional, language skills, solving model situations). -
Selection Outcome
We inform all applicants about the outcome of the selection process either in writing or by phone. Due to our various work commitments, the selection may take longer than we would like. However, we will definitely respond to everyone who has expressed interest in working with us.
