Connecting the Dolní Bojanovice Underground Gas Storage Facility to the Czech transmission system

The year 2023 has become one of the most significant in our company's history as the construction of the connection of Dolní Bojanovice Underground Gas Storage Facility to the transmission system of the Czech Republic has started. This is a long-planned and prepared project that creates the prospect of further development for our storage facility and the opportunity to provide gas storage services in the Czech Republic business zone. The project consists of multiple stages, with the most visible being the construction of the pipeline interconnection in the area of the Hrušky Trunk Valve, which directly connects to the technological units of the Kostice Transfer Station owned by NET4GAS. 
An important part of the project is the ongoing participation of our colleagues in the legislative process related to the aforementioned connection. In parallel with the construction of the connection, internal regulations and processes are being prepared and implemented.
The connection testing will take place in 2024 in line with the timetable. 
The scheduled operation start of the connection is 2025.
